Robert worked hard to ensure my and my husband's needs were met. We recently purchased a new townhome and the third floor and steps leading up to it, were carpeted. Robert ensured a beautiful waterproof laminate floor was installed on the third floor and on the steps leading up to that floor, therefore fulfilling our dreams of a carpet-less home. Compared to other services out there, we saved a whole lot of money. Definitely a very economical and high quality choice. If we next need flooring or tile services (they even do grout replacement and bathroom shower and floor replacement), we know where to go. Floor Zone was not only able to match our existing flooring, which had previously been installed 4 years ago, but their installers were able to feather the boards in as if it had been that way the whole time! All without the need for unsightly transitions! The craftsmanship required to do this is not easy for an engineered floor that has been glued to a slab, and yet, they pulled it off flawlessly and managed to exceed our expectations!
